- Monty and I have been married 17 years. We have two daughters. Makenzie is 14. Makayla is 11. We also have a very spoiled daschund named Chloe. We started this blog as a way to post updates on Monty during his open heart surgery, hospital stay, and recovery.

Our age seems to be catching up with us. WE just slow down as we get older. We both had blood work recently and got the results this week. Neither of us had anything flagged. Just our chronic things we deal with daily.
